“I found the SproutChange™ classes extremely helpful. Priscila and Maria are extremely knowledgeable in ways to help people achieve wellness. Their understanding of natural measures and herbs and sprouts to deal with disease or just keep one in optimal health is amazing!
Especially as one ages more medical issues seem to be what happens. They not only teach how to help with multiple health problems, but also how to help prevent diseases from occurring if one adapts certain lifestyle measures.
I would love to see that they could be available for individual consultation and there as an ongoing support therapist to guide each person’s walk through the lifestyle changes that would be made.
They are a valuable asset due to their language capabilities and hispanic background. So many are in need of such help!
I feel it would be a win win situation where the individual would be greatly helped and it would save countless dollars in our health care systems from preventing further cost.”
